Process
LionSearch was founded to provide, and is dedicated to, the utmost in professional and ethical services.
When conducting an Executive Level search (retained search) for one of our client firms, we will use a variety of sources to uncover the best possible candidates. Once identified by our research staff, the candidates will be contacted by one of our senior search professionals to gauge interest level in our opportunity, and to schedule a time for a more detailed conversation.
Our phone interviews and then in-person interviews with Executive Level candidates will uncover and examine successes and career growth throughout a candidate’s professional life, allowing us to generate a profile to complement the candidate’s resume. This is essential to our process and enables the best possible match between a candidate and the client firm’s job requirements, culture, compensation, and the career opportunity overall.
We also design a detailed questionnaire tailored to each specific role for which we are recruiting, and have the candidate complete this for submittal to our client firm.
With approval, LionSearch then submits the candidate’s resume, profile, and completed questionnaire to our client firm for review, and then coordinates phone interviews or in-person interviews between the two parties. We will provide ample background on our client companies and paint a clear picture of what to expect during the interviews.
If an offer for employment is to be extended from our client firm, we will negotiate the entire compensation package, including base salary, equity, vacation, annual and/or sign-on bonus, start date, and any additional benefits or perks.
LionSearch will never submit a candidate’s resume or profile to our client firms without that candidate’s approval.
And all of our services are completely free to every Executive Level candidate with whom we work.
