LionSearch has developed very strong relationships with our current client companies, which allows us the opportunity to work on position openings that are not listed anywhere else.
We interview prospective candidates to determine the best opportunity at our client companies, then offer suggestions on improving resumes (if needed) to provide a stronger representation of you, the candidate.
With approval, we submit resumes to our client companies for review, and will coordinate any phone interviews or in-person interviews between them and our candidates. We will provide ample background on our client companies and provide a clear picture of what to expect during the interviews.
