Mr. Doug Myers has been a technology recruiter since 1995, and has worked on both the search firm side of recruiting as well as on the client company side. He started his career in Silicon Valley in the mid-1990’s working for both startup and established companies in the Internet, Software, and Telecommunications industries.
Notably, Doug was the first Technology Recruiter hired at AskJeeves.com (now Ask.com), and over his three years there was a key driver to the company’s growth of over 500 employees.
Mr. Myers graduated from The Ohio State University in 1994. He has been formally trained in AIRS search methodologies, and has obtained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification.
Outside of the office he is a lacrosse enthusiast, having played Division I lacrosse at Ohio State, and coached St. Ignatius College Prep as well as Lyons Township High School.
He and his wife live in Chicago.
