Resume Consultation Service

LionSearch offers a resume consultation service designed to help passive and active candidates improve both the message and presentation of their resume. Our Associates have an average of 12 years of recruiting, interviewing, and client relationship experience, and have helped thousands of candidates with their resumes.

We also have many years of experience in seeing how client companies read resumes, react to resumes, and ultimately decide to approve or reject those resumes for interviews. We will use this information for your benefit when reviewing your resume.

LionSearch offers the following options for the serious individual who wants a more powerful representation of their skills and experiences:

Option 1: Detailed Resume Review

This option involves an Associate reviewing your resume in detail, providing an overall assessment, and then specific feedback/suggestions/changes by section. All of this is done via phone, and usually takes up to 30 minutes.
          $105

Option 2: Detailed Resume Review, Follow Up, and “Interviewing Tips” Documents

This option involves an Associate reviewing your resume in detail, providing an overall assessment, and then specific feedback/suggestions/changes by section. Then we provide a second consultation on your revised resume, also done via phone, which will take an additional 15 to 20 minutes. This option also includes four documents that will be emailed to you: “Interviewing Tips”, “Phone Interview Tips”, “Questions To Expect On An Interview”, and “Questions To Ask And Not To Ask On An Interview.”
